关于赴华旅客的重要通知 Announcement for Passengers to China

尊敬的旅客：

根据中国驻埃及大使馆发布的最新公告，从开罗出发搭乘埃及航空航班的赴华旅客，须在登机前48小时满足“双核酸”检测要求，即在登机前48小时和24小时内各进行1次核酸检测，两次检测须在两家不同机构进行。

为帮助赴华旅客顺利完成“双核酸”检测，特别提示如下：

所有在开罗中转的客人必须持有由始发国中国大使馆发出的有效绿码，并确保有效时间必须涵盖到赴华客机起飞时间后。

一、核酸检测请在当地合法检测机构进行。在综合考察当地检测机构能力水平和服务质量的基础上，埃及航空协调生命愿景、圣湘生物及埃航医院实验室等检测机构为赴华旅客提供满足时限要求的专门检测服务，尽最大可能为赴华旅客提供便利。

为保障旅客顺利乘机，根据现行航班日期及起飞时刻情况，“双核酸”检测的具体安排如下：

当前奥密克戎变异毒株依然流行，建议旅客在登机前一周自我居家隔离，如出现疑似症状及时诊疗并调整赴华行程。在前往检测机构途中请务必做好个人防护，检测完成后也不能放松防疫要求，避免发生感染影响旅行。当您采样完毕后，无需赴检测机构领取报告，航司将会在开罗收集中转客人的始发国绿码，检测机构将根据您的需要通过邮件、微信等便捷方式发送报告。任意一次检测结果呈阳性或“不确定”的，可及时联系原购票地或航司办理机票退改业务。

二、有关防疫政策信息将动态调整，请您在出行前，密切关注始发国及中转国使领馆对防疫政策的通知要求，包括但不限于有既往感染史等人员的相关旅行要求，提前做好乘机准备。

三、前期发布的开罗航线登机前闭环管理办法将在2022年7月12日起（含当日航班）停止实施，为确保广大旅客的安全健康出行，埃及航空将根据疫情变化和相关要求，适时优化调整相关乘机规定。

Dear EGYPTAIR passengers:

According to the epidemic prevention situation and the spirit of relevant policies, from the flight on 12 July 2022, the onboard requirements of passengers travelling to China will updated as below:

ALL TRANSIT PASSENGERS TRAVELING THROUGH CAIRO MUST CARRY A GREEN CODE FROM THEIR ORGIN COUNTRY AND MAKE SURE ITS VALIDITY UNTIL THE DEPARTURE TIME.

A.   All passengers traveling to China should strictly implement the testing requirements (Refers to Chinese Embassy announcement: https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/vw2GPvG6mt8Agijys9XyJA ), the first PCR test must be within 48 hours before boarding, and the sampling time of the second test must be within 24 hours before boarding.

On the base of a comprehensive evaluation of the capacity level and quality of the local PCR testing institutions, the airline has coordinated with three PCR testing institutions EGYPTAIR Hospital laboratory, Life vision Lab (LV Lab)and Sansure biology and al mokhtabar testing center. Provide the PCR testing services for the passengers to reach the time-limited requirements. The relevant arrangements are as below:

B. In order to ensure that all eligible passengers can be boarding smoothly, EGYPTAIR will collect all green codes from transit passengers in Cairo and the above test results for all passenger from the laboratory and submit to the Chinese embassy in Egypt for approvals. Passengers no need collect the test report, and WeChat mini program for the embassy health code is no longer needed, PCR institutions will inform the passengers by mail, WeChat and other convenient way to send detection report if passenger requests. If the test result is “positive” or "uncertain", the testing institution will notify the passenger in the first time, then the relevant personnel may not have to conduct a second test, and the passengers should contact airline or your ticket agency to change or refund the ticket (by contact phone number, fax, email, etc.).

C.At present, the mutant epidemic is still popular. Passengers are advised to have self-quarantine at home or hotel one week before boarding, if self-diagnose and suspected symptoms happened. The passengers should delay their trip to China. Please be sure to take personal prevention on the way to the testing institution, and you should not relax from epidemic prevention requirements after the testing is completed.

D.EGYPTAIR can arrange hotel bookings for passengers and testing in the hotel if requested.

The interpretation rights of above arrangement all belong to the airline. EGYPTAIR arrange all these service for the convenience of passengers and maintain the health and safety of all passengers.
